Permitted Website Use Aletyx grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to access and use the Website for lawful personal or internal business informational purposes. Governing Law and Venue These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. To the extent permitted by law, exclusive venue for a dispute arising from these Terms or the Website lies in the state or federal courts located in Wake County, North Carolina. ## 14\. General If a provision of these Terms is unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will continue in effect. Aletyx’s failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without Aletyx’s written consent.
