This page lists the subprocessors Aletyx currently engages to provide the aityx Service, as referenced in [Section 5.2 of the Data Processing Addendum](https://aletyx.ai/legal/aityx-dpa/#52-current-subprocessors). This page is updated when a subprocessor is added or removed; see [Section 5.3 of the DPA](https://aletyx.ai/legal/aityx-dpa/#53-notice-of-new-subprocessors) for how Aletyx notifies customers of changes.

## Not a subprocessor

Vanta Inc. provides compliance monitoring for Aletyx’s internal security program. Vanta does not process Customer Content and is not a subprocessor under this DPA.

We update this page when we add or remove a subprocessor. Customers with a Data Processing Addendum in place can request advance notice of new subprocessors by writing to [legal@aletyx.com](mailto:legal@aletyx.com).
